VP3, LLC plans to construct a multi-family apartment building, surrounding rental townhouses and a
private parking garage on an approximately 2.75 acre development site in Corryville. The development
will include approximately 148 rental units and 233 private parking spaces; there will be 201 spaces in a
secure parking garage and another 32 spaces at grade and accessed from Corry Street. A three and
four story apartment building will be constructed on top of the parking garage in a combination of one,
two, three, and four bedroom units. There will be approximately 16 (rental) townhouses surrounding
the parking garage and shielding it from view.
