Eurostampa North America (Eurostampa N.A.) will begin construction of a new, 70,000 sf modern commercial printing facility on a 6.8 acre site at 1440 Seymour Avenue in the Roselawn neighborhood.
Surgical Appliance Industries
Cincinnati City Council approved a Job Creation Tax Credit for Surgical Appliance Industries. The incentive will be offered for 5 years at 55%. As a requirement of the tax credit, the company committed to retaining 121 employees and creating 25 new jobs over three years. The company will maintain these job numbers for at least 10 years.
Phelps Conversion
Eagle Realty Group will be converting the Phelps building, located at 506 E. Fourth Street, into a Residence Inn by Marriott. The new Residence Inn Cincinnati Downtown will include 134 residential-style bedrooms which will address the needs of business travelers with separated workspace and internet access.
Procter & Gamble (Winton Hills)
Procter & Gamble Co. is bringing more than 600 new jobs to its Winton Hill Business Center in Cincinnati.
Vernon Manor/Children's Hospital
The new Vernon Manor offices will accommodate more than 600 employees from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, creating new capacity for the medical center to add 600 clinical and research positions at its other locations, including its main campus.
