Schiel, LLC will construct a $13 million mixed-use building at the former Schiel School, closed by Cincinnati Public Schools in 2010. The project will includewill create approximately 102 residential market rate units and 18,400 sq. ft. of commercial space to LEED Standards. Fifth Third Bank will lease approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of space for a new banking center that will provide expanded financial services to the community. The centerIt will also include additional drive through lanes that will allow community residents’s easier access to the bank’s services.
