Southwest Ohio has 3 schools in the Top 25 Best Colleges for Entrepreneurs

Moneywatch.com • Lynn O’Shaughnessy
No other college major is more popular with students today than business. More than one out of every five college students earns a business degree.

What is even more amazing is the number of majors that have splintered off from the traditional business degree. Accounting and finance are probably the best known, but there are many others including international business, marketing, business communications, business economics, agricultural business and entrepreneurship.
Entrepreneurship Major

I can see why entrepreneurship would be attractive to college students. Faced with an anemic job market, some students are concluding that they may as well explore starting their own business.

Entrepreneur Magazine and the Princeton Review recently released its second annual survey of the top entrepreneur college degree programs in the country. Like all college rankings, you should take anybody’s list with a grain of salt, but at least it gives you some schools to research.

The schools were selected for such things as the strength of their curriculum and mentorship programs, faculty who were/are successful entrepreneurs, the availability of entrepreneurship scholarships, as well as opportunities for entrepreneurship experience outside the classroom.
