BIDS ON THE MEDPACE BUILDINGS 200 & 300 PHASE I - FOR DESIGN/BUILD CORE AND SHELL CONSTRUCTION BID PACKAGES THE SCOPES OF WORK INCLUDE: EARTHWORK & SITE UTILITIES, ASPHALT PAVING, LANDSCAPING, RETAINING WALLS, FENCING, AUGER CAST PILES, CONCRETE, ARCHITECTURAL PRECAST, STRUCTURAL & MISC. STEEL, ROOFING, FIREPROOFING, ALUMINUM STOREFRONT GLASS & GLAZING, DOCK EQUIPMENT & DOORS, ELEVATORS, D/B PLUMBING, D/B FIREPROTECTION, D/B HVAC, D/B ELECTRICAL, SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL. THIS IS TO BE A LEED CERTIFIED BUILDING. THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF RED BANK ROAD AND MADISON AVENUE, CINCINNATI, OHIO.

A MEET AND CONFER MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 05/10/11 AT 8:30am AT ONE PERMIT CENTER - 3300 CENTRAL PARKWAY, CINCINNATI, OHIO.

Al. Neyer, Inc. is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the above listed project. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and FireProtection work packages will be awarded as Design-Build packages. Copies of the Contract Documents are on file at Al. Neyer, Inc.’s office located at 302 W. Third St., Suite 800, Cincinnati, Ohio; and at the Business Development and Permit Center at 3300 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as ACI and ARC (Queen City Reprographics).
