Hanger Prosthetics signs a lease for 5,200 square feet of space at Keystone Parke I

Neyer Properties Inc. landed three new tenants at three different properties in its portfolio.

Jo-Ann Fabrics signed a 10-year lease for 24,000 square feet of space at Houston Lakes retail center in Florence. The crafts and fabric retailer will move into space previously occupied by Media Play.

Neyer Properties purchased the property last November for $3.25 million and will spend $1 million renovating it. Another 24,000 square feet of space remains available for lease.

Jo-Ann Fabrics will relocate from its current location on Mall Road and double in size. Bob Byrne of Edge Commercial Real Estate represented Jo-Ann Fabrics and Andrew Sellet of Cassidy Turley represented Neyer Properties.

At Red Bank Retail I, Sprint Wireless signed a lease filling the last space in a 10,000-square-foot building. In addition, Hanger Prosthetics signed a lease for 5,200 square feet of space at Keystone Parke I.
