First Financial lands on Fortune's 100 fastest growing list

First Financial Bancorp ranked 32rd on Fortune magazine’s list of the 100 fastest growing companies.
The Cincinnati-based company was the only company in Ohio to make the list. In Kentucky, only Louisville-based Almost Family made the list, landing at No. 93.
First Financial ranked No. 4 on the financial services list.
The bank’s ranking was based on its three-year average revenue growth of 40 percent, profit growth of 42 percent and total return of 26 percent.
First Financial has $6 billion in assets and 102 banking centers in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. It is the second-largest bank based in Greater Cincinnati.
Illinois-based SXC Health Solutions ranked No. 1 on the list, followed by Vermont-based Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Amityville, N.Y.-based Hi-Tech Pharmacal.
