With increased competition and limited resources, companies are utilizing external resources and partners to expand their capabilities. The audience will hear how regional companies, large and small, are creating and improving medical outcomes and growing their bottom line through strategic alliances. The event will feature a keynote address from Chuck Austin, president of Ethicon Endo Surgery, a panel discussion with regional life science leaders and a session that will explain how to initiate, implement and evaluate collaborative relationships.

How to Rebrand Your Message for Maximum Impact

Location: trustaff 4270 Glendale-Milford Rd. Cincinnati OH 45242

Every good business starts with a story. In the beginning, it’s all about building around the story. But once you are more established and working in your business, you begin collecting a lot of information about your business. You start to see the differences your business makes, where it does a better job than anyone else, and what you need to let go of. You get feedback from your tribe: your employees, your clients, and your vendors all provide valuable insights. Every so often, you have to take time to bundle it all up in a strategic way and hit “refresh.” But it’s not enough to just change your focus: you also need to change the message.
